All return and refund requests must be reviewed by our customer support team first. Returns or refunds will only be processed after both the customer and our customer support team agree in writing.
Please contact us within 7 days after delivery if there is an issue with your order. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
For preorder or out-of-stock items, refund requests will be handled after communication with customer support and mutual agreement.
